This week is an exciting week in the Budmo kitchen, as well as a busy one! We’re delighted to be attending two of the fantastic Makers Markets in Middlewich Cheshire and West Didsbury Manchester. We promised to bring you food from the world, and possibly something you’ve never tried before, and hopefully we’ve kept that promise. This weekend at Middlewich we will be treating to you to a lovely Chicken Moqueca with a rice and pea combo. Not sure what it is? You’ll have to come down and try it for yourself, this Saturday at Wheelock Street 10am to 4pm. Be rest assured, the sun may have gone for a few months but this dish will brighten up any day with it’s bright presentation. All sever in our famous tortilla bowl.
