About a few weeks ago I had opportunity to visit Kemp Town Carnival in Brighton, England. It is kind like village party that all the people in community are welcome to join, actually a lot of people who live somewhere else also came down to celebrate together no matter you are young or almost hundred years old this event has things for everyone.
